CI = Consciously Incompetent

kagabii, sa among language acquisition na klase, gi-introduce sa amo ni sir peter ang upat ka level (or whatever) sa communicative competence ug mao ni siya sa akong nasabtan:

UI = Unconsciously Incompetence = wala ka kabalo na incompetent diay ka… nagpakarung-ingon in other words… mao ni siya ang mga taong astang pamatia feeling hawd pero wala jud diay to’y nahibaw-an… daghan ko ug kaila na in-ani pero dili lang ko mag-name names kay basig mali diay ang akong impression

CI = Consciously Incompetence = kabalo ka na incompetent ka.. dawat nimo ang kamatuuran na dili jud ka hawd… ana pa ang among instructor, healthy ni siya pero wala kaau niya na explain ngano… ambot lang kung mutuo ko na healthy ni siya… wala ko kabalo…

UC = Unconsciouly Competence = kini ang mga taong wala kabalo na hawd diay sila… jejeje… daghang tao na in-ani… mga taong naay potential pero wala sila kabalo na naa diay sila’y maibuga… ganahan kaau ko mag-uban uban sa mga taong in-ani kay matakdan ko sa ilahang talent… jejeje

CC = Consciously Competence = kini ang mga taong aware sa ilang talent… mga gahut jud na tinuod ug dili nila ni ginadeny pero dili pud nila ginapanghambog… humble kung baga… unta tanang tao CC pero of course, mapangit na ang world kung mag-kain-ana…

sa upat ka classification, giclassify nako ang akong self as consciously incompetent… mao nang usahay, masuya ko pag high level kaau ang tan-aw sa tao sa ako pero okay lang, kasabot man ko mao nang nagapaningkamot na lang ko na mameet ang expectations nila pero not to the expense of myself..

wala lang, gusto lang nako i-share ang akong natun-an gabii… hehehe

ungratefully contented

first time nako makablog using our lowtech laptop although kabalo ko na dapat maging grateful ko kay dili tanan tao magkalaptop pero i am not saying na dili ko thankful, suya lang ko gamay kay dili kaau siya(laptop) in-ana ka gahut pero whatever it is nagblog ko dili lang kay tungod sa laptop kundi tungod pud sa bag-ong nature sa akong work…

two days nakong nag-AWOL sa akong daan na work, sounds confusing? wala man gud ko nananghid ug tarong na muhawa nako pero kabalo naman hinuon si kuya rene, akong superior, na dili nako magwork sa org. kay dili na ma-carry sa akong moral na mubaba sa level sa mga oldies so nakadecide ko na mangita ug laing trabaho… luckily, sa akong pagpangita nakakita ko ug duha… puros related sa english language… ang isa kay tutorial sa mga koreano ug ang isa kay online teaching para sa mga hapon… gipili nako ang online teaching since mas interested ko sa mga hapon pero partly nagmahay ko kay mas dako ug sweldo sa koreans pero gina-try nako ug console akong self na tama akong gipili…

kagahapon lang nagstart akong training… kapoy kaau xa in fairness kay makadrain… lingaw man hinuon xa kaya lang mejo makasuya kay kailangan ko makilevel sa akong mga mahimong estdyante… pero unsaon man, miskan sagpa sa ako wala ko’y mabuhat kay kailangan nako ang trabaho… unta, makasugakod ko sa trabaho ug unta okay ang resulta  sa akong work sa akong attitude…

it is a cheese!!! cake (why am i blogging…)

nagakaon ko ug special cheesecake karon na gi-bake sa akong isa ka friend named Jhong… in all fairness, nawala ang akong katulogon while eating the cheesecake… samtang ginaserve sa ako ni jhong ang iyang newfound specialty, ginaexplain niya sa ako kung giunsa niya pagbuhat ang cheesecake… since dili kaayo barato ang ubang ingredients, he went out to look for a cheaper alternatives but not the extent of compromising its gustatory quality…

when i decided to create a new blog (that will be open to all people who wants to have a glimpse of my beautiful mind… *char!*), i was thinking, would i be adulterating the english or the tagalog or even the bisaya language should i decide to fuse the three languages?

i am not oblivious to the fact that there are some people who places language in the pedestal… in fact, when i was doing my research on introduction to linguistics there are some people who pronounced their strong contempt over the sudden and unstoppable emergence of text language (languages that are used for texting, chatting, and the likes) because it seems to be insulting the english language… for this reason, applying my multilingual skills in blogging became a taboo because aside from debasing the languages i have learned to use i wanted to practice my skills in english language… however, as i was contemplating, a question struck me, “why do i blog?”

simple, i blog to express what i feel and what i think…  with this reason, i decided to just blog whenever i want to regardless of what language i would love and i am comfortable to use… besides, language is dynamic and arbitrary making it susceptible to various ways of utilizing it… moreover, the main purpose of language is to let out your thoughts and emotions in whatever manner you want it to be…

introduction to superficialistics

why superficialistics?

from the root word “superficial” which means shallow or insignificant however this word will be taken arbitatrily, thus the impression of this blog would largely depend on its readers…

but how do i take ”superficialistics”?

well, superficialistics will be more tackling on things that may seem deep but is actually shallow, may seem senseless but is actually sensible… it’s one of the great errors in life i guess nevertheless the interpretation still lies to the one who is trying to decipher it…

 so do bear with me as i rediscover the oxymoronic phenomenon here in our mundane world… hehehe
